04/01/2021  Rules   Rules As leaders of COS  we have a few rules you must go by to be a member.We promise they will not be to complicated to follow. 1) No Drama! We are a group of established writers and we are here to enjoy ourselves. We do not expect everyone to speak but if you have a problem with someone in the group, please keep it between the two of you and privately. We are not here to entertain drama but we are here to write stories and have fun. 2) When you are a member of COS, you are required to add any and all members of COS. We are a community and like a community, we are not required to write or talk with each other, but we ask that you add all members. 3) As an active writing community, it would be beneficial to see the members of COS writing amongst themselves. Creating new stories and working together to create a place where we all can call home. To see members writing with each other in storylines it does not have to be a big story but carrying on enjoying each others company.  4) And if a member has to take a leave of absence, please notify one of the leaders/rulers so we know what to expect. 04/01/2021  City Of Sin City of Sin In the city of Ashbourne there's never a dull moment. Violence, murder, drugs, alcohol, prostitution, and big business. A city that if you're not careful can swallow a person whole if they let it. Divided simply by the Northside and the Southside, The Skids is a city of where you always have to watch your back. The Northside of Ashbourne, filled with expensive hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, stadiums, horse racing and high stakes betting. Where the well-to-do often live and thrive. Multi-million dollar houses, stay at home moms, good school districts. The perfect little place to raise a family. Separated by thirty foot guard walls, police and military and accessible by what's called a Metro Pass. Then there's The Soundside of Ashbourne, The Skids. Once the sun goes down, the danger of the The Skids comes out. Drugs, violence, prostitution, gambling, and the like. Strip clubs, liquor stores, gentleman's clubs, and bars. Moderate police presence but even the police are corrupt. Making deals to help Drugs Lords tip the scales, allowing weapons and drug running, human trafficking and prostitution rings. Gang activity reigns after dark. The Blood Kings, The Razors, The Lady Aces, and The Hellhounds. Apartments and row homes for the majority of its residence. In the center of The Skids, a singular highrise apartment building called The Garden View. In the center of Northside are the Ashbourne Suites, where the wealthy reside. Having everything on hand. Restaurants, Shopping, accessories, and the like.
