Working as a bartender wasn't as fun but sure Stacey made the most tips. She had lots of regulars who came to see her. They were all her fans from her MuscleMag days. While working there Stacey got close with her co-workers, Kate and Mary, who also wanted to be actresses as Stacey did. The three had made a commitment to drive out to Los Angeles in the summer to finally make their dreams come true.

Months later when Summer finally came. The girls did what they said they would do and hit the road to Los Angeles. It wasn't easy for three young girls in a big city. They were all fresh meat to those who love corrupting and stealing money to those who want to be famous. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for Kate. She was the first to fall into the lies of an agent who promised her to get her parts in movies and tv shows. In the end, Kate was convinced to pose nude to which eventually led her to start her career in adult films. But Stacey knew it was hard to just go to auditions like all the millions of young people. She needed to meet someone who would give her opportunities and she needed to do it fast. She didn't really have a lot of money and didn't want to go back to Toronto or worse, end up like Kate.

Despite trying to meet guys with money, Stacey didn't meet anyone with connections with showbiz. Time was running out and her roommate Mary was giving up since she was losing a lot of money and she was scared she wouldn't make it and thought about going back to Toronto and just going to college. Stacey didn't want that. So she decided to just get a waitress job. As she was on her way to apply for a job, a commercial for a soda was being filmed. Walking by, she noticed the director and model arguing. The director fired the model and then argued with the agent. As the director looked the other way, he was stunned by Stacey's appearance. She was the girl he needed for the commercial he was shooting. He went up to Stacey and told her if she wanted to be in the commercial. Stacey didn't think twice and immediately said yes. The agent took notice and after the recording, the agent told Stacey he wanted to represent her. Seeing the paycheck, Stacey smiled and accepted.

After her roommate Mary left back to Toronto, Stacey didn't care. She was happy that this commercial would get notice to which it did but unfortunately not for as an actress but for modeling. The people loved how Stacey held and drinked the soda bottle. She quickly became the face of the brand of the soda. Her agent was called a lot to give Stacey work for modeling. Stacey had told her agent she wanted to be an actress but her agent told her to start as a model and make a lot of money before jumping into acting like other famous celebrities have done. Stacey accepted. Stacey's agent, Wesley, told her about getting proper training in modeling. So he told her about the school in Hollywood Hills.

Offers to model swimsuits, clothing brands, and other things came by. Money was really getting good. But this wasn't enough for Stacey but things changed. Stacey was in demand and named hot model of the month and even of the year by many magazines. While Stacey was attending the school, immediately she was hated by the other girls because she was always already getting a lot of work. The owner of the school was former supermodel Jane Sloane, the wife of big talent agent Samuel Sloane who is the boss of Stacey's agent, Wesley. Jane immediately loved the sight of Stacey and wanted her to be the leading model of all her shows. Stacey reluctantly accepted as her dream was always to be an actress. But then to her surprise she saw Jane with her children, Ryan, Julie and Nate. The boys are attractive to which Stacey looked at. Ryan is a big movie producer who can easily give Stacey a lot of work in highly successful movies that can really help her career. But Ryan had a bad reputation for dating models and actresses. He always likes to play with them and promise them things and never do anything. And then there was the younger brother Nate. Stacey was drawn to him. Nate had done a lot of modeling for jeans and t-shirts and now was doing a little TV work for some popular TV shows. But Nate never committed to TV shows because he was on the rise to make movies. 

Stacey knew that she would have to somehow get Nate's attention. He would be her ticket to real success in the acting business. Later on at one of the Hollywood parties, Stacey saw Nate and got his attention. She was with him throughout the night. People around saw them and immediately thought they were great together. Nate was occupied with his movie career so having Stacey when he wasn't busy was a real treat for him. With Nate by her side, Stacey's career grew immensely. She started to headline fashion shows in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Rome, London, & other cities.  Jane Sloane would get calls to have her models do fashion shows mainly to have Ashley. Every premiere she went with Nate, they were on the cover of all the magazines. Truly Stacey was on top of the world.

Now Stacey was doing tv commercials for clothes, perfume, food, and other things which eventually led her getting parts on TV shows. At the moment it wasn't anything big but Stacey was getting TV roles. She would play a victim, the girlfriend of the villain, or a model. But it was a start. Being with Nate really paid off as that was the reason why Nate's father would work to get producers to give Ashley chances to audition. Her success convinced Nate's brother, Ryan to put her in 3 of his movies where she had really important parts where she really would show her acting talents. This was the chance for her to be taken seriously as an actress. Finally Stacey's dream was coming true. Despite Nate's steady career, Stacey was getting to the point where she wasn't going to need him if her career kept advancing like this. But Nate still drew attention so she would be with him a while longer since right now, she really was committing more to her career than her relationship. 

Stacey hoped the movies she worked with Nate's brother would elevate her to become the next leading actress for future movies. But unfortunately the movies were okay but weren't good enough. The movie critics would say Stacey wasn't a believable actress to which she took offense but through Nate's connections she still got more work. Eventually she got a movie role where she played the main character's best friend where she would appear a lot in the film. This movie was a success and Stacey got more calls for more TV work and movies to which she finally decided to retire as a model after doing it for 5 years and just focus on acting. 

With her recent movie success, Stacey went to a lot of Hollywood parties and really didn't care if Nate was there or not. Nate had gone through some tragedy after a car accident his friend caused where Nate's friend died and so did the other driver. Stacey was in the middle of making another movie when she was there for him. Thankfully no charges were against Nate. But Nate was acting differently, he didn't seem like himself. He was more distant. He dropped out from the movie he was supposed to be in. Stacey was frustrated but she cooperated and gave him time to heal from this tragedy but he was more depressed. Stacey thought about maybe just dumping him after her next movie. But unfortunately her new movie didn't do well. The critics and people felt this movie Stacey was being more focused on her looks rather than her acting ability. They felt she was desperate for attention. Obviously Stacey didn't do anything wrong, she only followed what the script told her to do. But this really hurt her image as an actress. 

After a few days away, Nate comes back after taking some time off. But sadly he breaks off the relationship with Stacey. Stacey who was now in a tough spot with her career couldn't handle this right now. If the world finds out that Nate left her, it would look bad on her. She tried so hard and even pleaded for Nate not to go. When he told her he was going to become a cop, she thought he was insane for dropping his millions of dollars for a steady paycheck. But unfortunately it happened. After the failure of her last movie, she wasn't getting as many parts as she used to. She even asked Nate's brother, Ryan, if she can be in his movies. Ryan who never really took her serious as an actress offered her roles of a prostitute or a stripper. Roles that would only hurt Stacey's reputation but Stacey took them for the money. After a while, Nate's dad Samuel would soon fire her as his client due to her not being as demanding. Her old agent Wesley referred her to another agent. But that agent wasn't as good. He would get Stacey big roles in smaller quality movies which didn't make much money and would premiere on cable TV. Since Stacey really didn't have much choice and really needed money, she took those roles. But sadly all those movies were failures and did nothing for Stacey. Soon after that, all that money she had made from her modeling years was gone since she spent it on buying clothes, jewelry, cars, shoes, & other things. She could no longer afford maintaining the million dollar house she had. So she moved into an apartment. Often she would blame Nate for all this when she was drunk or high on drugs which she started using.

Although Stacey's career isn't what it used to be, she still has her fans. Many men still see her as a sex symbol. Every now and then she would do her poses on the internet just to get attention. She would also attend appearances at Nightclubs and conventions where she would give autographs and take pictures with fans that pay. But all this was a waste of time and Stacey didn't make as much money as she used. She would date a few actors, millionaires, and some handsome male models but none got her the attention and the opportunities she got when she was with Nate. But Stacey is still young and beautiful. There is still time to be back on the spotlight.
